The world leader when it comes to progressive action on climate change is:


No, they are not perfect.  And, no, they can’t solve the problem on their own. But as the next round of global diplomacy aimed at addressing the risks from climate change kicks into gear, get ready for China to cajole the United States into to meeting its promises to address GHG emissions under the 2015 Paris Climate Accord.

Yeah, I know: Under the sitting president, federal action on climate is unlikely. But, just the same, it’s China that’s going to be driving the bus.
