The EPA recently released it’s draft 4-year strategic plan for public comment, and words “climate change” don’t appear at all in the 38-page document.

This is not normal.

The EPA has said it will accept public comments on the draft strategic plan until the end of October. The plan is scheduled to be put before Congress in February.

If you wish to comment on the plan, you may do so at the Federal eRulemaking Portal. Follow the online instructions for submitting comments and reference Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OA-2017-0533.

Welcome to the 26th of October, 2017; not a normal Thursday.
